1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

This website is operated by Morsel co SL. These terms & conditions apply to the use of and orders placed on the www.morsel-store.com website. By placing an order with Morsel you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms & conditions.

Any new features which are added to the current store will also be subject to the Terms & Conditions. You can review the most current version of the T&C at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility as a customer to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Accuracy of information on the website

Every care has been taken to ensure that all information on our website is complete, accurate & up to date. We do our best to make sure that all specifications, descriptions, measurements, colours and prices of our products on the site are correct. However, despite our best efforts, it may occassionally occur that information is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.

Certain information (f.e. prices, product descriptions, stock quantities) is subject to change without notice, because we reserve the right to modify without notice at any time (f.e. by amending a price due to a change in VAT). We make all reasonable efforts to display the details of our products, including the applicable colours. However/Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour that may arise caused by your browser or computer system.

3. Terms of sale

Orders can be processed directly through this website. Morsel processes card payments securely via a third-party payment system. All transactions are processed using a secure server. Morsel does not hold any customer card details and we will never pass your information details on to anyone.

All items are offered subject to availability at the time of ordering. However, should an item be out of stock, there may be a delay in delivery and we will notify you immediately to discuss alternative options. Morsel will have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods that you have ordered, any delay in delivery and for any damage or defect to delivered goods caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (f.e. strikes, floods, fires, explosions, accidents,…).

Upon placement of an order, the customer will receive an email receipt as confirmation of the purchase. However, this email receipt is not the same as a contract. Morsel reserves the right to decline or cancel the order at any time due to insufficient stock, an inability to authorize a payment, suspicion of fraudulent intent, or any other reason deemed appropriate by Morsel. If the purchase has already been charged to the customer’s credit card, Morsel will issue a refund to the customer’s account.

4. PRICES

Prices described on the product pages are final and include the applicable VAT.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify a product and it’s price (or any other content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the product.

5. PRODUCTS

All our products are exclusively available online through the website. These products have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of all the products that appear in the webshop. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the product will be corrected.

6. PAYMENT

We offer payment by all major Credit/Debit card, Paypal and Apple/Google Pay, as well as Bancontact and iDeal. We reserve the right to not offer certain payment methods and to refer to other means of payment. Personal cheques and money orders cannot be accepted.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Until full payment is made the goods remain our property.

Morsel reserves the right to decline or cancel any orders for which we are unable to authorize a payment or any other reason deemed appropriate by Morsel. If the purchase has already been charged to the customer’s credit card, Morsel will issue a refund to the customer’s account

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All our parcels are shipped from our studio in Belgium.

We will process orders during the workweek and you can expect your order to be shipped within 2-3 working days. If you require urgent delivery on your order, please get in touch and we will be happy to accommodate!

The shipping fees will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping bag system and on the order page. Due to international custom laws, international orders may incur additional charges and be subject to delays at customs. The buyer is responsible for any charges applied to the package at customs. Please contact your local authorities for more information on such applicable customs duties and fees.

For delivery in Belgium and The Netherlands, the items in stock are generally delivered in 2 to 3 working days (excluding processing and preparation time).

For delivery in Europe, the items in stock are generally delivered within 2 to 5 working days (excluding processing and preparation time).

We are not responsible for any shipping delays out of our control.

9. ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information of the product or order is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The entirety of the contents (texts, comments, works, illustrations, images, videos, graphics, sounds… including underlying technologies used) posted on this site is reserved under copyright and intellectual property rights for the whole world. For this reason, only private use is authorized, subject to different provisions which may be even more restrictive from the code of intellectual property. Any other use may constitute pirating and be sanctioned by the law covering intellectual property, except in the case of preliminary authorization by Morsel. Any person having an Internet site wishing to place on his site a simple link directly to the www.morsel-store.com site must request authorization from Morsel. An authorization given by Morsel will not constitute an implicit agreement of affiliation and will not be in any case given on a permanent basis. By simple request from Morsel, this link will have to be removed.

11. ENTIRETY OF CONDITIONS

A change of legislation, regulation or a decision of the court rendering invalid one or more clauses of these general sales conditions will not affect the general validity of these Terms & Conditions. Such a change cannot in any way make it possible for the customer not to observe these general sales conditions. Relations between Morsel company and the customer are controlled exclusively by the present conditions at the exclusion of any other condition appearing on the www.morsel-store.com site.

12. DURATION AND APPLICATION

The present Conditions apply throughout the time of all online services offered by Morsel co SL company. They can be modified at any time by Morsel. The Terms & Conditions applicable are those in force on the date of the registration of the order.
